Schedule

Procedures and Cases

• Interpret and document CT, MRI, US, and X-ray.
• High-acuity fluoroscopy for emergency and inpatient settings.
• Accurate documentation for a wide range of patient ages.
• Critical finding communications with referring providers.

Requirements

• Active Illinois medical license.
• Minimum 12 months of clinical experience.
• Board Certified or Eligible within 5 years in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Current ACLS and CSR certifications.

Credentialing Requirements

• Standard 60-day timeframe for full privileges.
