Interventional Radiology Locums in Kentucky - Block Rotation

Hospital-based IR in Ashland, Kentucky; 2 weeks on, 1 week off rotation with a full mix of procedures and call support.

Highlights

• One week call, one week outpatient, one week off
• Daily IR block time reserved
• Travel, lodging, rental car included
• Near Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG)

Practice Setting

• No diagnostic reads
• Inpatient and outpatient IR cases
• Support from 2 other IRs, APPs, and dedicated IR team
• Epic EMR, Philips equipment

Schedule

• 2 weeks on, 1 week off
• One week IR call, one week outpatient procedures
• 8 to 10 hour shifts daily

Cases and Procedures

• Biopsy, drains, ports, dialysis access
• TIPS, embolizations, thrombectomy
• EVT for stroke and PE required
• Vascular IR emphasis

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Interventional Radiology
• Active licenses in Kentucky and Ohio (both required)
