Join a stable, collegial orthopedic surgery team at Guam Regional Medical City serving a captive, high-demand regional patient population with minimal provider turnover over the past five years. You will practice out of a single state-of-the-art medical center featuring 10 operating suites, modern imaging, in-office X-ray, and dedicated midlevel and therapy support. The position offers a balanced clinical rhythm of 2-3 clinic days and 2 block OR days per week, handling general cases like total joints, reconstructions, and acute fractures without routine trauma call.

• Guaranteed Base & Incentives: $717,073 base salary, $20,000 sign-on bonus, $20,000 relocation assistance, and CPT-based productivity incentives starting Year 2.
• Dedicated Surgical Time: Predictable schedule with 2 full block OR days, 2-3 clinic days (25-30 patients/day), and collegial peer assistance in the OR.
• Manageable Call: Alternating general ER call of 8-10 days per month built into compensation, with additional pay for extra coverage and zero trauma call.
• Generous Time Off: Comprehensive package includes 200 hours of PTO, 80 hours of paid holiday time, 64 hours of CME leave, and a $5,000 annual CME allowance.
