Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Austin Radiological Association is a nationally renowned radiology practice with a 72-year history of providing exceptional service and clinical care to the patients of Austin and Central Texas. As one of the largest radiology groups in the country, with 118 radiologists representing all subspecialties.
We are seeking a physician extender to join our growing radiology APP section in Austin. Responsibilities primarily involve pediatric hospital encounters, including consultations, H&Ps, follow-ups, diagnostic fluoroscopy, and image-guided procedures. Outpatient duties are limited to our bi-weekly vascular anomalies clinic.
Prior experience in pediatric fluoroscopy or image-guided procedures is strongly preferred. Supervised training is available. The environment is highly collegial, featuring direct radiologist interaction, optimized workflows, and dedicated support staff.
Primary sites include Dell Children's Medical Center and Dell Children's North Campus, plus other Austin-area contract sites with a pediatric population. The schedule is sustainable, the case mix is rewarding, and there is an option to participate in adult care. Income may be supplemented via moonlighting opportunities at adult and pediatric sites.
