Carilion Clinic offers compensation and comprehensive benefits package designed to support both professional and personal well-being.

• Compensation: Annual salary range of $531,000$782,000, with additional earning potential through Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus programs. The posted salary range may not reflect the full value of the total compensation package. Historical average bonus earnings are included in the maximum posted salary.
