Drs. Harris, Birkhill, Wang, Songe and Associates, P.C. (HBWS) is a physician-owned private practice of 45 radiologists serving Southeast Michigan. We are seeking a fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join our growing team to meet increasing demand. This is a 12-month partnership-track opportunity offering private practice compensation and benefits, virtually 100% neuroradiology case mix, hybrid on-site/remote model with fully remote option available, and no procedural requirements — all within a collegial, academically engaged environment.

Position Highlights:

•       Very unique opportunity to read almost exclusively (90%+) emergency neuroradiology caseload on evening shift.
•       ER/Evening (4p - 11:30p) multi-site neuroradiology coverage.
•       1 week on/1 week off schedule.
•       Fully remote option available.
•       Train residents and teach medical students through local academic affiliations.
•       Outstanding clinical variety and case exposure.
•       No shortage of volume — consistent demand and diverse pathology.
•       Internal moonlighting opportunities are second to none: per-click moonlighting is available to radiologists at ANY TIME including during scheduled shifts once shift responsibilities are fulfilled. Additional shift-based moonlighting also available.
•       12-month partnership track with high long-term earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits:

•       Competitive base salary, supplemented with regular bonus, internal moonlighting, and benefits.
•       Participation in internal moonlighting can substantially increase earnings; total compensation has the potential to exceed $750,000 annually.

Candidate Requirements:

•     Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
•       Fellowship training in Neuroradiology and/or experience/comfort with full breadth of neuroradiology required for ER coverage.
•       Eligible for unrestricted Michigan medical license.
