Practice Details:
- Independent, physician-owned group with ASC ownership and in-house endoscopy, pathology, anesthesia, infusion, and radiology
- Two NPs per physician providing scribing, administrative, and patient care support alongside experienced nurses and techs
- Partnership track in 1 to 2 years with a sweat-equity model and $10,000 buy-in
- No private equity involvement and a practice culture built around transparency and physician respect
Schedule:
- 4 to 5 days per week with half-day Fridays so you can get to your beach house
- Call only 2 nights per month and 2 weekends per year - great quality of life
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive starting salary

- Partner earnings of $845,000 to $1.6 million annually
- Annual ASC distributions

Candidate Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Interest in independent private practice with a partnership track
