- 1.1 Million on-site Diagnostic Radiologist/12 weeks off
Description
RightReadMD is seeking a radiologist to join our practice near Buffalo, New York. The Radiologist will be responsible for reading approximately 60-80 wRVUs per day along with performing 2-4 fluoroscopic procedures. This role offers on-site diagnostic work and remote flexibility, along with competitive compensation and generous time off.
This is a daytime on-site/partially remote position (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) offering an excellent opportunity to work with a close-knit team that values quality, independence, and trust. You would work as a dedicated reader for this hospital with our practice there. There is a requirement to work up to 12 weekends a year, with the following Monday off.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a general radiologist with ability to use subspeciality expertise
- Work with a small nucleus of other high-performing radiologists
- The hospital we serve currently has the busiest ER in their hospital system (30+ hospitals) with the fastest turnaround times. Outpatient studies usually have a turnaround time of one day.
- We are hiring someone who will hold those high standardsPerform 2-4 daily fluoroscopic GI procedures. Typical cases are speech pathology and barium swallows.
Develop relationships with ordering providers and answer their questions - Sign quality reports
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
- ABR Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Active or eligible for a New York medical license
- Experience in fluoroscopic GI studies required
- Ability to manage a workload of 60-70 wRVUs daily
