Mass General Brigham (MGB) is seeking Emergency Radiologists to join our accomplished Division of Emergency Radiology in both academic and clinical tracks. Our Emergency Radiology Division operates 24/7/365, overseeing emergent imaging at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, 7 community hospitals, and multiple urgent care centers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

• Clinical track: Ideal for candidates whose career focus is primarily clinical practice, while benefiting from the opportunities and resources of our world-class academic institutions
• Academic track: Ideal for candidates interested in academic scholarship, education, or administration in addition to clinical practice. Offers mentorship from nationally recognized Emergency Radiology faculty, ample collaboration opportunities, and exceptional institutional resources to support scholarship and career development. Appointment as an Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School will be commensurate with experience, training and achievements in addition to teaching.

• Competitive compensation model and benefits:

o  Base salary starting at $410k, increasing further based on experience and academic rank

o  Additional generous compensation for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts and surge hours as desired (additional yearly compensation median ~195k, up to ~420k)

Qualifications:

• ABR-certified or eligible
• Demonstrated career interest in Emergency Radiology, ability to thrive in a fast-paced shift work environment, and eagerness to join and uphold our amazing team culture
• Emergency Radiology fellowship training and/or prior attending experience is strongly preferred
• For academic track candidates, an established research and/or educational portfolio is preferred but not required
